The Columbia City Municipal Court is located in City Hall at 1840 Second Street, Columbia City, Oregon. The Court receives mail at PO Box 189, Columbia City, Oregon 97018 and the telephone number is (503) 397-4010. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00p.m.; 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Court is held on even months on the 2nd Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
A Municipal Judge, Mark A. Gordon, serves as the judicial officer of the City and presides over Municipal Court. The Court Clerk, Helen Johnson, assists the Municipal Judge.
The Columbia City Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. It has the jurisdiction to hear and determine cases regarding offenses arising under the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Columbia City, as well as motor vehicle and traffic violations.
