The Planning Department is responsible for the current and long-range land use planning activities of the City. Currently the department is staffed by Planning Administrative Assistant, Helen Johnson, and a contracted City Planner, Lauren Scott of MIG. Either can be reached by calling (503) 397-4010, or mailing to PO Box 189, Columbia City, OR 97018.
